Style sheet - ids for containers below the header?

Hi everyone,

I am tasked with taking a banner image out of our header and moving it down south on our front page. A short explanation. The header is the same header shown during surveys/assessments and when you choose to show the header in courses a banner can gobble up critical vertical space. We would like to show:

- only a small nav bar in the header as a result so that we can regain some course page real estate.

- Moving our banner image is critical

What would be ideal is to inject a new class into the CSS and call to it as a container below the header and above the #ldcLcdPageContent for the banner to live in?

Howdy, Stranger!
