Hello,
Our organization had a process in place for annual professional growth plans prior to Perform. After implementing Taleo Perform, we realized one important step is being missed. Before Perform, an employee would create a growth plan and then discuss it with the supervisor. The supervisor would give input, there may or may not be changes, and approval would be given to start working on the growth plan. Now that we've implemented Perform, there is only one approval step in the goal work flow. Does anyone in the Taleo community have any suggestions that would help solve this problem? Essentially we
