Compliance Overdue Reporting - Course Assigned Date/Skill Assigned Date required for overdue calcula

Hi,

Is there any delivered report that provides the date on which a particular Course/Skill was assigned to an employee. We assign Courses to employees via Skills.

Context of our requirement: new employees are mandated to take certain compliance WBTs/courses. We track users that have not completed a particular compliance course within certain time limit, say 90 days, for further follow up. Calculation: [(Today’s Date - Course Assigned Date) > 90 days]. We moved from another LMS to Taleo and we were able to do this before. In Taleo-LMS, I can’t find a report in the Report Builder or Insight Reporting that provides me either 1) Course Assigned Date or 2) Skill Assigned Date.
