Advanced Report Removed

Last week (7/25-26) our LearnCenter was updated.
During the end of the month reporting on 7/31 I found a monthly report was not longer in it's place and the Advanced Reporting Manager folder structure had been rearranged.
I placed in a service request to have the report restored. Since we personally created the report I was told they could not restore it. I don't have the original rpt file nor do I have the software to create another.
Has any one had reports removed or moved after an update? If so, how did you find this report or have it restored?
