Anyone else having issues with Training Offering messaging?

Hi all,
We have been very thrilled with the potential of the new training offering feature. To test the feature, we built two test training offerings, both with a various combinations of a course and other items. One training offering was never mapped to a Learning Plan or an assignment. The other Training Offering was mapped to a Learning Plan and assigned to 4 users to test it.
However, Since last weeks release we have been getting alot of forwarded emails from managers asking why their staff are receiving emails with this message:
Dear MARIE THOMPSON,
You have completed 2013 AHART Test-out for De-Escalation (course only)
