Communication messages dynamic content no longer available

As of this morning (9/9/2013), the dropdown for adding dynamic content to the message body (not the Subject line) for our communication messages is not visible. This is not a permissions issue as that has been checked and is occurring for our overall Owner role as well (includes all LearnCenter permissions). No Options or other systems changes have been made recently either.
Is anyone else experiencing this? Any recommendations of something I can check to ensure it is not a LearnCenter setting before contacting Support?
