Any updates planned for resource manager?
Content
I hate to complain, but resource manager often seems like an afterthought. The interface is a nuisance:
- long file names are nearly impossible to distinguish,
- if you replace a file with an updated version with the same name you either end up with a duplicate copy or have to leg it (delete the old file and then re-upload),
- when displaying folder contents there is no useful file sorting option,
- subfolders and parent folders all appear hierarchically indistinguishable when inserting files to build pages.
Don't misunderstand me - the folks in product development are wizards as far as I'm concerned, and I know you've got a lot on your plate - I'm just hoping there is some plan to bring this interface out of the 80's and into the new millenium.
