Error loading Captivate HTML5 Courses into Learn

Hi,
I am new to loading Captivate 6 courses into Learn and recently FTP'd a couple of Captivate courses (SWF and HTML5 - to test both types) over to the server. They seemed to load as Courses but when I try to map them to my Learning Plan, I can't find them under Courses. They will only load as Classes. Additionally, when I try to access the HTML5 version from the learner's perspective using IE8, I get an error message and I can't access the training at all.
