We allow employees to enter their goals and submit for approval from their manager.  Currently if an employee adds a new goal and saves it, they do not have the ability to delete it if they make an error, or just want to start over.  I cannot figure out how to give them the ability to DELETE.  They only have the option to VIEW or EDIT or SUBMIT for APPROVAL.  How do I add a delete option?  Anyone know?
