Vendor access and set up

We have several vendors we use and I want them using the system the barriers to this are:

1)     I do NOT want them to have access to ALL the info in the requisition-- what's the best way to do this?  For example, budgeted salary/ salary range are not things I want them to have access to due to contractual obligations for we have with a couple of our larger company partners.

2) I did test this w/ one of the firms we work with and they had to complete both internal applicant questions AND the external applicant questions and application process for their applicant to be submitted-- they shouldn't even see the internal applicant questions, the external application process does not have the internal questions in it, so this is very strange and should not be happening.  I'm not really sure what to do, but this is not functional until this is resolved
