Assessment Reporting Change

I was hoping someone could help me with a report. I built reports a year ago to capture information on our assessments and they have been working fine until now. It looks like something has changed with the way the data pulls and I need help to rebuild the report to get what we need.

I need total applications by Job Code for each quarter

Then I need the assessment result for each of those applications. (so when you total the assessment scores, they should match or at least very close to matching the total application number).

The issue is that these are high volume reqs so we quite frequently have one candidate apply to more than one requisition using the same assessment. The assessment is good for 90 days so they only take it on one req and then each other one they apply to just carries over. So I see the screening result for each candidate on each requisition in the system, but now it seems when I filter by assessment score, it only limits the result to just the one req they took it on.

Howdy, Stranger!
