What do we do when employees are not able to esign their review and we have to generate compensation

Hello,

What do we do when we have employees that have gone on vacation and will not return before Merit Increase worksheets are due and they haven't electronically signed their review?

Is there a work-around?  Options?

Please let me know we are working within a very tight timeframe to complete our Merit process.
