Completion Status

Yesterday, I tried to reset three users using the Completion Status function.  I was getting an error on all three.  So I opened a SR.  This morning I was told that it was a software defect.  I now have four users who need their status changed because they failed their certification.  Any idea of what I can do in the meantime?  My certification was created in Captivate.
