Add multiple courses as enrollments

Is there a way to add multiple courses as enrollments into the LC? We use enrollments as courses our staff can request to take from their supervisor. I know how to add the courses one at a time into enrollments. Is there a way to speed this up and add all that we want at the same time rather than one at a time?
