Restricting Hiring Manager roles/access to candidates

How can I restrict hiring managers to view only the candidates for requisitions then own? Currently hiring managers can access candidates for requisition they don't own, if the candidate applied for a requisition they do own - they can click on the candidate, see the all of the requisitions they have applied to, click on those requisitions and access the candidates of those requisitions even if they do not own them.
