List of System Errors

Over the last few weeks, I am getting more and more reports of errors from system managers that us our site to run reports/approve users for training.

This has become more than an issue, especially when it says, call the administrator, and I do not have the steps to take to fix.

Anyone else with this issue?  Is there a place I can look (maybe system manauals) that lists the common error that the system displays.
