Video content on iPad via Articulate 13

I know Oracle does not officially support HTML5 in Taleo Learn Center, but I was wondering if anyone had success publishing large courses, especially those that contain video.  We've tried Storyline, Captivate 7, and Articulate 13, and all have problems (though not the same problem).  In Storyline and Captivate 7, the player crashes before the course can complete.  In Articulate 13, the player doesn't crash, but it is impossible to play the embedded video.  The screenshot shows the "video play" icon, with a slanty gray line through it, and it can't be clicked (other information is masked).
