Unable to reschedule a report: Sorry, you do not have the right to 'Delete objects' (ID: 22)

I am trying to change an email address on the destination list for a report.

After signing in as the Scheduler, I made sure I chose "Replace existing schedule" but when I hit the Schedule button after making the change, I am prompted with the following message.

An error has occurred: Sorry, you do not have the right to 'Delete objects' (ID: 22) for '##Report Name##. Please contact your administrator if you require this right.

Why is it telling me I don't have the right to 'Delete objects' when in fact I am signed in as the Scheduler?

When I go back to the Document list, now I see another scheduled report with the updated destination. Should I just use the newly created report with updated destination and get rid of the old one? But actually I don't have permission to delete the original report but I can still delete the newly created one.
