Is there any way to write some plugins for Taleo learn?

Hello all,

I'm new user of Taleo Learn. Sorry if there are exist same question.

I want to write some plugins and include its in Taleo learn for some purpose, but I cannot find any api or service to get or set data from Taleo.

For example, my company already has a Testing Online System, is there any way to insert score of users from my system to Taleo each time user finish the test on my system? Of course, user also exist in Taleo.
