VILT WebEx Participant tracking within LearnCenter

When scheduling a VILT WebEx training center session on the LearnCenter I can create the event, invite, enroll participants, approve them but the system does not track them or provide information like how long or when they were in the event. The system will give everyone the pre and post status. But the post status changes for everyone regardless if they attended or not. Am I missing something? How can I get the Learn Center to track who entered the WebEx training session, how long they were there and accuraly mark them as complete not just mark them as complete
