Course won't display after doing a search

Hello there,

This is my first time posting on here, so here goes! I am one of the Taleo Learn Administrators and we recently acquired this system so this is all very new to me. I have admin access and I have a course uploaded into the warehouse view. I can login and find my course after a search with no problem. My colleague who is the main systems admin can too. I gave my credentials to my manager to use so he could review the tutorial and when he searches for the course he does not see anything being returned.
