LMS Realities - Push vs Pull Methods

Good morning everyone,  At the Mount Sinai Health System, we have had an instance of a LearnCenter running for a little bit less than a year since it's go live. The Health System has shown an early and promising adoption of a centralized LMS approach for its Learning Content with many learning initiatives (roughly 40k completions recorded within the first 8 months in the face of 2 Compliance and 8 regulatory initiatives amongst various targeted audiences). What we are learning as well is what brings employees to an LMS are using various Push versus Pulls methods.

Our Push methods are one's that we consider to be rather standard and consistent with traditional methods for Learning Initiatives and Compliance types of training:
