Changing a name of a course

The name of a course is wrong in my system; and I thought that if I changed it would be changed throughout the whole system.

Can someone explain how that works?

Basically, I want the change to appear through out all MY Training Pages.  People have been taking this course so I need to make this change rather quickly.
