Job Posting/Job Description Format Editor

Our job descriptions have hyperlinks, pasting as plain text is not the most feasible option. Is there a way to remove the additional space between the heading and the first bullet point, when pasting directly from word? Or is there any other way quick way to copy/paste without losing the format and the hyperlinks?

For instance, when I paste in this box I retain my exact Word format, it would be great if the editor had the same ability!
