LearnCenter Report and Learning Plans

Hey, everyone!
I just pulled a LearnCenter Report for a specific learning plan. The data I'm collecting are Item Completed Date, Email, Username, First Name, Last Name, and Department. My question is:
When the system is determining the Item Completed Date, is it looking at only "Completed" post-status? Or is it also taking into account "Completion Pending Survey"?
