First - I have an instance that is set to be a post course test with a minimum passing score of 100% yet when users don't pass it is still marking the instance as completed. Any suggestions as to what I could be doing wrong?

Second - When I insert the associated course and instance into the learning plan I would expect the assessment to begin once I click through the course. One Learning plan works as expected although the other learning plan (with the same course and instance) doesn't. You click through the course and it says complete and you return to the learning profile page then you open the assessment. Any idea?
