Resource manager upload file issue

Hi All,

When I am uploading a file to Resource Manager but during the uploading process, I perform another task such as viewing content of a folder, the upload process is failed. And I do not see any warning from system about this. It is seem that this is a bug from your product. Did you occur this case?
