I have a group looking for a way to manage 'competencies' for a specific population.
The competencies are dependent on the supervisor or other certifier observing and checking off the observed skill, not on any type of training. If the requirement is not met, there's remediation and a follow-up observation.
I was thinking of a couple of different options in the LearnCenter, but the harder twist is that we want to limit who has the ability to view/report on those skills/competencies/certifications/external/other to as few individuals as possible while we still need wider reporting access for courses and LPs.
