Timeout on Service Request

This has happened to me more than once.  I prepare exhaust detail on a possible bug, and open a service request in My Oracle Support.  In the course of documenting the bug, I start the SR, and must necessarily spend some time getting all the details correct.  Then when I click "Next" I receive an error message "Because of inactivity, your session has timed out and is no longer active.  Click OK to reload the page."

All of my careful work to document the bug is lost when I click OK - this is infuriating, and HUGE waste of time.  If you are going to time out and hose everything I have done, I need advance warning, and an opportunity to SAVE MY WORK.

Howdy, Stranger!
