All non-government LearnCenter customers must transition from FTP/FTPS to SFTP connection protocol before June 17, 2014. 

On the morning of June 17, 2014 (Eastern US time zone), all existing non-government FTP/FTPS sites will be shut off, and courses and user integrations linked to those FTP sites will no longer function. 

To avoid complete loss of FTP service, have your customers submit a Service Request to Learn Support through My Oracle Support as soon as possible to begin the transition to SFTP connection protocol. 

Please note the following:

• There are no exceptions to the shut-off, and the date will not be extended for any customer.
