anyone experiencing problems logging onto LearnCenter?

I have been watching the proverbial paint dry as I wait for LearnCenter to load after entering my credentials - which is to say loading is painfully slow.  I rebooted my pc first, just in case it was me, but that is not apparently the problem.  I am also trying to log in on a different computer, with a similar result - slow, slow going?  Misery loves company, anybody else having this issue?
