Search - need to search all items

In my Learn Center, I have the search field available that searches Web-Based Learning and Live Meeting Training.  However, when I conduct a search on a keyword that I know is in a tutorial, there are no results.  (I create my product training tutorials using Captivate 7.0.)  Also, I would like to be able to search all documents that I have posted in my Learn Center.  I have these documents loaded in my Resource Manager.  How do I do this?
