HTTP Status Code 0 Error

Yesterday we began experiencing an issue with our LearnCenter. It sporadically occurs, it's not tied to one user, group of users, area, courses, etc. Basically, during a course a user will receive a message that says:
Failed to save your progress. Http Status Code of 0 was returned.
Press OK to save your progress again or press Cancel to close this course.
Regardless of the option chosen, the course closes. If they return to the course, they will often receive the error message again.
I have opened a support ticket, but wanted to see if any others had experienced this issue, or had any thoughts/advice. These are all SCORM courses, we use Articulate.
