Bi-weekly notifications (reports) of incomplete learning plans

We want to send bi-weekly notifications (reports) of incomplete learning plans to our supervisors. To automate the process we wanted to use Insight, however it looks like Insight can only process one learning plan at a time which does not meet the above requirements.
Has anyone tried to do the same in Insight and found a workaround?
