Using Tracks with multi topic sessions vs Learning Plan

I have a training group that would like to create/use a Track with multiple session, all a different topic. For example:

• Event: New Hire Training
  • Track: New Hire Training January
    • Session/enrollment:Why the sky is blue
    • Session/enrollment: How to train for a marathon
    • Session/enrollment: 10 ways to do the same thing
    • Session/enrollment: Cooking in the kitchen 101
  • Track: New Hire Training February
    • Session/enrollment: Why the sky is blue
    • Session/enrollment: How to train for a marathon
    • Session/enrollment: 10 ways to do the same thing
    • Session/enrollment: Cooking in the kitchen 101
