Integration issues with move from FTP to SFTP

Want to give a heads up on anyone in process of moving from FTP to SFTP. Are any other clients that are having issues with this transition?
We moved from FTP to SFTP on May 9 and several of our custom integrations broke. Our custom mapping files for creating groups and our uploading of barcoded data for attendance. It appears that as Oracle focuses on new global clients, they are not checking that their product will not break any of our legacy integrations from the Learn.com days. I have to question the integrity of business decisions that forge forward without regard for current clients and disregard for the massive impairments they thrust upon their existing clients.
