Here is a situation I would like advice on. At ouir organization, an employee is occasionally put into "work out of class" status as a manager with direct reports. In our HRIS, that employee remains in their original position, lacking the direct report relationships. This assignment can last several months, so we need to figure out a way to create that reporting relationship so the temporary manager can approve training.
