Connecting Employee & Candidate Records
We use TBE Recruit, OnBoard and Perform so all of our new employee records (since we purchased TBE) are linked to their candidate profile. However, all of our employees needed to be available as employees due to Perform. Some of these employees have now created a candidate record. We would like to connect their employee profile to their candidate record. Currently, these employees need to keep their work history, education, etc up to date in two places (both the EWS and CWS).
Has anyone else run into this?
