Supervisor Approval for enrollments
Content
We are initiating Require Supervisor Approval on our LearnCenter. Before we do that I have some questions that I would appreciate your expertise
.
- If a user does not have a supervisor identified in the LearnCenter (they are not associated with any MyTeam) what is the process? When I tested this scenario in my LearnCenter, the user could not register (enroll) in enrollment – it just gave me a semi blank screen (see attachment).
- Is the date and time documented and reportable (or retrievable) for a Supervisor approval or denial? In other words if a supervisor says they approved on Monday can I prove that they actually approved on Thursday.
