First name, Last Name instead of username in My Team View

I feel that with the latest release...we are getting closer and closer to a major ask:
To please use last name, first name in MyTeam View reports instead of the username.
We can now change this for reviews and forums....if I used those I would be ESTATIC!
But what about that tool we use daily? Can't we just add that on for the my team view at this point and be done?????
Any of the product guys wanna take a stab if this is gonna happen sometime this year?
