Error message - Designer Pro (Course progress)

I am trying to generate one of my first reports and get the following error message: "Cannot execute the statement. comactuate.data.oda.ais.OdaAdapterException: A transmission error occurred while communication with (isrv.learn.taleo.net:8080). Connection reset.

I am trying to re-create the LC_IOB_CourseProgress schema. Has anyone experienced this before. If I run a simple user report it runs fine.
