Offline version of Course availability

Hi There

I would like to discuss on a contingency plan if users need access to complete a course while the system is down.  Meaning an offline version of the course made available, aka we need to be able to provide the admins with an offline version of the mandatory courses. Then when Learn is back up, the admin can mark it as complete.

What mechanism can be put in place to have this sort of a contingency in Taleo Learn?

Regards
