Manager can't see review

Manager was completing a performance review for an employee and received an error message. Now she is unable to see the review at all. In employee record it states No Performance Reviews, as if one was never assigned. However, as an administrator, I am able to see the review with all of the comments and everything saved. Could this be a PC problem or is she possibly doing something incorrectly?
