Can users be automatically added to a group or learning plan when they are approved for an enrollmen

We send eLearning modules out to users when they enroll in certain Instructor-Led courses, which the learning plan function handles smoothly.

But, is there a way to automatically add them to groups/learning plans?  I see that groups and learning plans can be auto-updated, but can either be triggered by an enrollment?
