custom Enrollment confirmation message?

I have been using a generic confirmation message for all of my enrollments for years.  I have been asked to use a link in an enrollment confirmation, and I am trying to figure out how to do that for only one enrollment, while still using the generic language for all others.  Is this feasible?  How do I customize an enrollment confirmation message for one enrollment without sharing that message with all others?
