Courses not marking as completed.

We have several users that are experiencing the issue of courses not marking as completed.  The user receives a passing mastery score however the course is not marking as completed in the completed learning.  Upon researching user's course activity the course is under the "Courses Started".  Has anyone had this issue in the LearnCenter?
