Way for learners to upload documents?

We are rolling out a management development program where we would like the learners to upload Word and PPT documents, and then have these items available for view by other learners.

What would be the LearnCenter feature that will enable us to do this? I looked at Forums but that seems to only allow learners to post links and youtube videos.
