Course Reporting - Need understanding of Time Spent fields.

I am trying to provide a report on how long users are in a Captivate built training. In the Course Duration report, there are 2 fields availabe: Course Content Time Spent and Course Overall Time Spent. My results show a huge discrepancy between these two numbers. Does anyone know what each field measures? How do I discipher data like this:

I checked the online support and found no description for the two fields. Any how can someone have a content time spent of almost 8 minutes but only show an overall time spent of 30 seconds. Anyone know what the definitions of these two fields and what they are measuring?
