Need help! Insight Reporting-Course Report

Hello,

We need to export training records from Taleo and import to another system weekly.

All training records come from WYSIWYG courses, so we use The LearnCenter Report to retrieve user and completed courses.

The advantage of the LearnCenter Report is that we can filter date ranges, but the disadvantage is that it requires huge manual work to get the format we want for another system. For example, course completed date is 2014/12/04 20:50 when retrieving from report, we need to change it to 2014/12/01 in Excel after exporting the report.

We are think of using insight course report, so we can add new computed columns and schedule the report to run weekly.
