Editing Administrator account profile

There are 2 System Admin accounts in our LearnCenter.
I use one of the accounts for my work and it has my email attached to it, so I receive all communication from LearnCenter, most importantly daily reports that run automatically and get sent to my outlook inbox.
The other system admin account was used by my co-worker and their email was tied to that account. Unfortunately that person is no long with our organization. I would like to assign this account to their replacement, but I am not sure how to do that.
I need to change First Name, Last Name, email address for this system admin account. I would really appreciate some help in how to go about this.
